Located on the north shore of Long Island , Harbour Equity Partners is a private equity group that specializes in financing high net worth individuals. Our programs range from financing super jumbo property loans, to stock or asset loans and gold transactions. We currently have over 1100 attorneys, affiliates, financial advisors and consultants that work to structure loans though the resources that we provide in private banking and private equity. Our resources can help to finance properties and/or assets without consideration to credit or income with LTVs that are above conventional guidelines. In addition we have various banking relationships that allow us the ability to provide financing for a broad range of projects which gives us latitude for financing projects when most institutions will not lend.
Other niches are in the renewable energy space. Here we look for locations for our own brand of wind turbines as well as for locations for existing large scale wind farms for upgrading and deployment world wide. Lastly we are an arbitrage seller of gold to refineries worldwide, and we are interested in relationships with buyers of dust and dore.
